David Matthewman has been growing and showing sweetpeas for over 40 years. Matthewman’s Sweetpeas brings quality sweetpea seeds from an expert award winning grower to exhibitors and gardeners alike.

All seed is produced by David at his nursery in Yorkshire, ensuring top quality at all times.

Summer’s Day - New for 2022/23.
David Matthewman has raised yet another beautiful sweet pea at the nursery in Yorkshire. Summer’s Day is a lovely pale blue, Spencer type sweet pea. A perfectly stable colour with a strong scent. Nicely frilled florets on good long stems with excellent placement.
Available to order now along with our most popular varieties from previous years including Timeless, Serenity, Night Sky, Harrogate Gem, and our fantastic recent addition Newby Blue.
